The menu for the brewer's dinner looks pretty good. This is what I can remember:

Smoked Tomato Bisque
Salad with Fried Goat Cheese -
Bone-In Pork Chop with a Ancho Chile Sauce
Bread Pudding
Brian has some great pairings planed including a very special beer for the dessert course.
Sounds great to me.
