Once again there will be a delicious casks tomorrow night at Uncle Billy's. This months cask is Brian's Summit IPA dry hopped with Amarillo.

He usually taps it around 7:00 ~ 7:30PM

Cask Beer and other things

There is a cask at NxNW on Wednesday night about 7:30 or so. I'm to sure what it is, but I sure it'll be good.

Also, Lee Nichols interviewed a bunch of brewers (and me) for a story on the hop shortage in this weeks Austin Chronicle
I think it is very well written and informative.
